The transport company was founded in 2020 by Libor Janáček as a VDP for SIMT Simulator, later after expanding to include several administrators, it expanded to include OMSI 2 and several Roblox games, which were later dropped due to inactivity, but OMSI 2 remained the most played game for DP and therefore they only dealt with it for a long time.

In 2024, DP Simtov became part of the project of the new company Nový Ráj and expanded to include another administrator.
